Turn RIGHT on Virginia Beach Blvd. Follow Virginia Beach Blvd to Great Neck Rd. Turn LEFT at Great Neck Rd traffic light (at Hardees). Turn RIGHT into second driveway (next to Beach Pet Hospital), go straight back and dead end into our building (black sign with gold letters: Innovative Therapy & Wellness), Suite 106, in Chambord Commons Shopping Center.

From Norfolk International Airport: Turn LEFT onto Norview Ave when exiting Airport. Entrance for I-64 East is the second entrance on RIGHT. Stay on I-64 to I-264—Virginia Beach. Take Lynnhaven Parkway south exit onto Lynnhaven Pkwy. Turn RIGHT on Virginia Beach Blvd. Follow Virginia Beach Blvd to Great Neck Rd. Turn LEFT at Great Neck Rd traffic light (at Hardees). Turn RIGHT into second driveway (next to Beach Pet Hospital), go straight back and dead end into our building, Suite 106, in Chambord Commons Shopping Center.

From Shore Drive: Take Great Neck Rd (it intersects with Shore Dr) all the way. Immediately after passing Renaissance Plaza Shopping Center on the right, get into LEFT turn lane. Turn LEFT into Chambord Commons Shopping Center. Make immediate RIGHT, follow parking lot to two-story building, Suite 106.
