Deepak Sharan MD, CMTPT is an instructor. He is a Consultant in Orthopaedic Surgery, Ergonomics, Rehabilitation, Occupational Safety and Health with over 27 years of International clinical experience in India and the UK. He is the Medical Director of RECOUP Neuromusculoskeletal Rehabilitation Centre, which has a hospital in Bangalore and several clinics across India, including over 40 on-site Ergonomics and Occupational Health Clinics on the premises of Oracle, Texas Instruments, Mercedes Benz, Elliott, SAP, Yahoo, ABB and Honeywell. He is an internationally recognized expert in Ergonomics and Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorders. He has developed his own assessment and treatment approach called the SHARAN’S Protocol and the DEEPAK SHARAN Severity Score for Musculoskeletal Disorders. The Wall Street Journal described him as a “cult figure in the world of RSI.” He has produced over 500 scientific publications or conference presentations.
