Biography

Todd Hooks, PT, ATC, OCS, SCS, MOMT, MTC, CSCS, CMTPT, NREMT-1, FAAOMPT, is an instructor. Todd graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center Physical Therapy Program in 1997. Following graduation, he completed the Ola Grimsby Institute’s residency, fellowship, and doctoral training programs, advancing his clinical expertise in orthopedic manual therapy. He later completed a Physical Therapy Sports Medicine Fellowship under the mentorship of Kevin Wilk.

Throughout his career, Todd has lectured at numerous national and international congresses and has authored multiple articles and book chapters on myofascial pain and trigger point dry needling as well as addressing the treatment of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. In 2013, he earned his Trigger Point Dry Needling certification through Myopain Seminars.
