As a musician, Sarah Ernst-Edwards was introduced to bodywork to provide effective pain relief. Early in her massage career, she was certified in NeuroMuscular Therapy – American Version, then proceeded to be one of the first graduates of the Manual Trigger Point Therapy Seminars developed by Stewart Wild. She soon followed with additional certifications in Orthopedic Massage with Whitney Lowe, Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, and many others.
Sarah is co-owner of 360 NeuroMuscular Therapy, a massage therapy clinic in Waltham, MA, where she treats patients and mentors massage therapists interested in solving chronic pain problems.
She is an active volunteer with the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the National Association of Trigger Point Therapists (NAMTPT) organizations.
